Beyond Limits Academy wasn’t created because I wanted to own a daycare. It was created because I spent my career watching children accomplish incredible things when someone believed in them. My dream has always been to build a place where children are encouraged to dream big, grow confidently, and discover the unlimited potential God has placed within them.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Theresa Pascual
Founder & Educational Director
My mission has always been simple: help every child discover that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
Throughout more than sixteen years in education, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students from preschool through twelfth grade, specializing in exceptional student education and reading. I’ve worked with children with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, language barriers, significant disabilities, and a wide range of learning differences.
Some of the most meaningful experiences of my career came from teaching children whose abilities were often overshadowed by their challenges. When I took the time to truly understand each child, I discovered strengths, interests, and ways of learning and communicating that others had sometimes overlooked. Those children taught me one of the most important lessons of my career:
Every child is capable of learning, growing, and succeeding when they are truly seen, supported, and believed in.
Later, teaching high school students who still struggled to read strengthened my conviction that the earlier we invest in children, the greater our opportunity to change the trajectory of their lives.
That conviction became the foundation of Beyond Limits Academy.
I don’t believe children should be defined by labels, diagnoses, or what they cannot do. I believe every child has unique gifts waiting to be discovered and potential waiting to be unlocked.
Beyond Limits Academy is more than a daycare. It is a place where children are known, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated—where they build confidence, character, friendships, school-readiness skills, and a lifelong love of learning.

Learning comes to life through our lovable mascot team!
Skyler the Gator and his friends help children build character, practice daily routines, celebrate kindness, and make learning exciting. From singing songs to encouraging positive behavior, each character becomes a familiar friend that children look forward to seeing every day.
Together they help us teach children to believe in themselves, care for others, and discover that they can achieve beyond limits.

One of the special traditions we are creating at Beyond Limits Academy is ending each day with our original "See You Tomorrow!" song. It's a joyful way to celebrate each child's accomplishments and send them home smiling, encouraged, and excited to return the next morning.
